From Union Square head south on Guild Street straight through the lights on to Trinity Quay.

At the lights at the end of Trinity Quay go straight on to Castle Terrace.

On Castle terrace turn left on to Cotton Street.

On Cotton Street drive to the end and just before the junction at Links Road you will see the McBain Music School sign on the right to indicate to turn right down the private lane.

Turn left at the lights at the end of Trinity Quay.

Take the 4th left on the roundabout to head down Beach Boulevard.

At the first set of lights turn right into Links Road

Turn right into Cotton Street, then immediately left into the private lane.
McBain Music School is located behind Cotton Street in a private gated lane with free parking.
